My little brother sleeps in the same room as me. He’s 12. How can I get him to stop snoring? It’s impossible for me to get any sleep!

Aigh’t you can get those little wing shaped things, but one on your brothers noise, and it should open his nose more, letting more air in, so he does not snore. Anotheri idea is to have him clean his nose out all of the way, making you get atleast a couple of hours to sleep.

PS. You could plug his nose (not recremended) :)

he may need a sleep study or to lose weight. try some breath right strips first though

Snoring in kids his age is often a sign of inflammation in the throat area associated with enlarged tonsils or adenoids, so he should get these checked by a doctor/ENT specialist first of all. He may have some slight allergies or hayfever which could be contributing too. In the meantime, encourage him to sleep on his side or front, and make sure the room isn’t too hot or dry (air humidifiers can help here, or even just a couple of bowls of water placed in the room).

I would recommend going to your doctor if it is severe snoring. He may have a condition called Sleep Apnea. Look on the web for diffrent sites related to snoring. A good one I found is
Good Luck
